Why would the SEC suspend trading in a stock?

The federal securities laws generally allow the SEC to suspend trading in any stock for up to ten business days if the SEC believes the suspension is necessary to protect investors and the public interest. Some examples of when the SEC may suspend trading include:

There is a lack of current information about the company (for example, when a company is delinquent in its filings of required reports);

What happens when the trading suspension period ends?

Over-The-Counter (OTC) Stocks
A quoted market for stocks that trade in the OTC market, which includes stocks quoted on the Bulletin Board and OTC Link (f/k/a Pink Sheets), does not automatically resume at the end of a trading suspension period. Before an OTC stock can resume being quoted after a suspension, a broker-dealer must fulfill the requirements of certain SEC and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) rules. Exchange Traded Stocks

I Don't know who all these people are with the exception of ODA who seems to be a fraud posing as a Doctor!!! which he clearly was not.
Landham was the lawyer on the deal between Benoit group and Berthold.
That obviously did not go very well as Berthold tried to screw them and steel the shell back from them...that is what was clearly stated in the court filings.
Wright came in to try to salvage the deal but I read that Berthold was being stupidly greedy....and now, Berthold's Trust and all the other plaintiffs have been thrown out of Court in North Carolina.
Greed of one man "Berthold" caused all shareholders to loose out on possibly a really good business and finally make some $$$ out this looser of an investment I made over 4 years ago.

The problem for any of us that got stuck by this group is that not 1 product was ever sold in 3 years, no revenue, they never owned any aspect of Injex, no patents, no trademarks, no worldwide marketing rights, accepted financial investments under false pretense based on not owning anything,false filings.
