Based on that information USOG should trade immediately after the suspension or shortly thereafter. Financials are current, and I cannot see a broker/dealer reading them and see they are reasonably correct. As for the other 16, most of them appear to have their own set of problems with financials, specially the ones who have not filed anything in years.
