Alan, I am all for exposing fraud that has been committed and ferrating out the truth. However I don't recall Kelly or Monk ever providing us with screenshots or proof of what they hold in their accounts so I don't see any reason to provide them with mine. Everyone keeps saying that "they never sold" but there has been no proof to this assumption. If they were so worried about proving that they were the guys wearing the white hats then that would have been given up freely months ago when they started asking us to prove that we were all still loyal shareholders. What's good for the goose is good for the gander, right? Where are the Form 4's that were filed to show all of us loyal shareholders that they are still in this along side us and fighting for their company? I realize that they are not required to file these disclosures but it would have gone a long way in proving that they aren't "deceiving" anyone. The first way to show that you are legit is to take the actions to open your books and not hide behind " my lawyer said I shouldn't comment". If you have nothing to hide then proving that you never sold a share would be easy. Maybe they can't provide a screen shot from October but my broker issues monthly statements that tells me what I hold at the beginning and end of the month. Seems to me that it wouldn't be all that hard to put the matter to rest.
