Actually they are a real organization, with ethics and really care about helping people. So being used by Dean and Joe to scam a large group of shareholders surely pissed them off. If you were an ethical person, wouldn't you want to do the right thing for those shareholders scammed by those that used your company's good name?

Sure, they could walk off into the sunset and find another company, but ethical people do things differently. Something many here are not used to, it confuses and scares them.
