Can some body explain why is that Mineseeker waited and had to pick jeff/Centa or Joe?

They did not get money anywhere else?
Nobody was intrested in them?
A pink company in legal trouble is all they could get?
No demand for thier product/tech from other companies?

I got drunk and invested in a penny stock.
