DeBeers owns approximately 58,000 acres of mineral claims that they have admitted to being worth at least $40-80 Billion dollars.
[Did DB make that estimated or did UC/CMKX/pumpers make that estimate? DB has an OS of 77+M and FD(Fully Diluted) of 90+M shares. With a current pps of $1.90 range that gives them a market cap ranging from $146M - $417M. If you look through their financials, they don't guess at what the value of their kimberlites are because they don't know. They won't know until they have successfully sampled drilled their properties and that hasn't happened yet.]
CMKX owns approximately 1.4 million acres of mineral claims surrounding the claims of DeBeers, which is more than twenty times the area mass. CMKX has stated they have “hundreds” of possible diamond or other mineral sites that have been indicated by modern technology.
[In their latest PR and field report, CMKX states that there are 6 possible areas that could represent kimberlites. There is no way to say if any are viable until they are core sampled. That hasn't happened yet. "Hundreds" is a figure that is pure pump.
It is a mathematical fallacy to think that the 1.4M acres, much less according to the latest GIS claims map as well as testimony at the hearing, surrounding DBs 58K acres are just as valuable as DBs acreage. DB has 60+ kimberlites identified on their property while UC has no kimberlites indentified.
A low valuation for this company looks like it could be in the neighborhood of $800 Billion dollars or $1 per share if there were actually 800 Billion REAL shares in the market, and even if the company was only worth one 10th of that valuation, shares would be worth at least 10 cents each. Yet the company is trading at 100th of a penny per share.
[There is no way to put any kind of a valuation on their properties until adequately core drilled and sampled and evaluated. That has not happened. So far CMKX is batting 0 for their several drilled properties.]
