In fact, I am hard pressed to find any penny stocks on the OTC board that has filed as many reports with the SEC this year. It looks as though they have been very up front and transparent with the SEC. I am just waiting for USOG to post a press release stating that this halt is due to nothing but manipulators and that we will soon be free and clear!
