It's a complex system that is retarding the advance of healing technology. Not just FDA, not just attorneys, not just any X you can think of. The entire system needs to be unwound and this is an extremely complex problem. There is not much chance that anything will happen near-term that will give access to nanoviricides to the people who need them most urgently.
