diamond.....I'll say this for about the megabazillionth time. I've never said there was no such thing as a nekkid short. I've just never, ever found any proof that it was illegal. Until laws are put in effect though, it doesn't matter much. They can't go back and fine anyone or force anything for something that's an accepted practice.
With that said, I'd still bet dollars to donuts that the company caused any short through a PIPES deal of some sort.
