Janice. Janice. Janice...always twisting and turning things no matter what the issue. The letter from Frizzel requesting this information clearly states there are 59,669 accounts PERIOD!

There is no debating the actual number of accounts on the NOBO lists. He said this number in a formal request for other information that will help prove a naked short in CMKX. Do you think he is lying in a document which is seen by the entire public, not to mention the SEC attorneys. That would not be a very logical move on anyones part.

Also, if you actualy read the FOIA request, then you would see he is estimating that there are 50,000 shareholders. I don't beleive that is the actual number of shareholers either, but in no part does he state this as fact.

Why do you try to change things and turn them around? Why do you question frizzel in his effort to stop a fraud against the ENTIRE STOCK MARKET? You say all the time how you luv to bust a scam. Why are you so against this scam from being exposed? I am not saying that it is absolute fact that there is naked shorting in CMKX, but with the numbers that have been coming out, it is starting to look like it is a very very strong chance that this stock is naked shorted somewhat...if not A TONE!

I just don't understand why you are so agianst Frizzel and his efforts to stop this problem...well actually I do, but I am a little confused as to why you don't see how obviouse your agenda really is. I just wish you would give it up and move on to some other "scam"
