you see i know too much about the history (the promoters) I would never touch this as I still don't know what games are being played behind the scenes

one example- they sell 325k in notes in march and they are converted a week later at .0001 - ie 325 mil shs

bottom line if I were in control I'd reverse and the effect would be drive the public holders down to nothing
