No it's not. 1.5b A/S is nothing at the level we are at now the market cap is still lowing then the inventory is worth!!!

It's sister stock had 2bill o/s and ran to .018 this has 500 MILLION LESS. So do the math .02+ is easily obtained.

With news and future developments and NO DILUTION, and NO LAWSUITS and with a CEO with a great reputation.
