January Earnings Reports as they trickle in will be ONE OF THE MAJOR catalysts for any big price moves. The geopolitical situation would be another, so I wouldn't just pick up puts for January options expiration with reckless abandon. IT WILL BE a STOCK PICKER'S market (see OCA mentioned in the room today) as an example of what we can expect.
