Now, if Votigo(again, JUST AN EXAMPLE FOLKS) were the merging company, would they bring value to this? I would venture to say yes, based on their brand name, as well as their valuation(which we can only guess at) and other criteria, let's just say it would be safe to guess that GRDO would rocket upon finalizing a merger with them.
Now, if I were Votigo, and knew that I was going to merge and go public but wanted to scoop a bunch of shrs at this level before word got out, would I care if Watson said who I was? Heck yeah, cause that news would make people jump on and drive up the pps.
I wouldn't want that to happen until after I filled my boat.
