Obviously dilution is not too strong of a problem with only 51 million shares outstanding. That tight of an O/S and float means that this can run VERY hard on news and improved financials... IF people are watching it. So far we have seen both good news and improved financials and have not gotten much movement. Good for those who are accumulating, but soon we must spread the word.
