A convenient answer. Believe me, if frizzy had the numbers to support him, we'd know them. He has nothing and , if you like a poker analogy, he is bluffing. He will keep bluffing as the other players (shareholders) keep feeding the pot. When he has the pot as high as he can get it, and he's gotten the last player to fold to his playing skills, he will reveal his cards.
"fooled you.. there is no NSS" The only way he can lose is to reveal those cards now
