Good post alliecorp. In the future I hope hope people demonstrate a little more of a "wait and see" approach while learning about the company, rather then immediately jumping to conclusions based on false information.

As I understand, the FF Exch has a tier market system much like Pink Sheet Markets in the US. I am no expert on the FF but I believe FF tier one companies have recently been required to report financials and other information based on the number of shareholders. The more shareholders, the more transparency is required.

IMO, Tickercomm, is preparing and will make available the necessary paperwork the Exchange requires for a market tier upgrade which would include fins.
