TR...I'll explain it to you ONE MORE TIME....either way they get to have their cake and eat it too.

If the share price rise they dump at those current levels and make a nice salary, or if the share prices stay at these same levels, they just issue themselves more of our shares and make a bundle,

WIN/WIN...no pressure to produce...nuff said!
