You can't file a class action suit if it comes to that due to the fact that this is a colombian company, colombian officers and falls outside of the jurisdiction of the SEC or any US authorities. Sikora has is arse covered. I'm not stating for a fact that is actually what is going on here but 7 years of NADA seems a bit much while the OS keeps going up and they have 1Billion shares authorized to be sold over time. This is a mining company, so WHERE's THE BEEF!? Sure has been a long time of just selling shares, at a certain point I'm sure all you shareholders would like to see some results for your investment dollars......

What happened to the 43-101 that was announced on 8/12/2010 and the company said 6days-6 month time frame for completion....this is May....almost June....
