I'm just waiting to see what happens. A business can honestly fail, or there is a chance of fraud. If you truly believe it to be fraud, you might first like to consult with others who feel the same way, as a class action suit might be cheaper and more successful. However, I'm casting no accusations without any evidence, and continue to remain realistically optimistic that there may be some improvement in the future.
