More like a phhhhhhttttt. Gary just got done doing the same thing with INOL that he did last year when it went to .11 and closed at .09 on Sept. 1 2010.
Prs and multiple "news alerts" that were timed. It just didn't work as well this time. Maybe the barrage of PRs and "news alerts" isn't over.
