Name and symbol change coming soon?

Look at today's short interest report on GRDO for the 5/13 settlement date (no company name and no figures), and compare it to the results you get when you look at the short interest report for the 4/29 settlement date (company name and figures).

I'm wondering if this difference in appearance is due to the anticipation of a change coming soon in company name and symbol?
