May 11 - All required documents has been filed with FINRA. The process is now managed by the Companies Transfer Agent. Before May 20, 2011, the TA will request certified documentation, communicate direclty with shareholders confirming the number shares owned by individual by broker. When completed and balanced, the exchange will take place issuing voting, free trading, publicly trading preferred shares of 8000inc.

UPDATE THE SHAREHOLDERS!!! ... I can see PEOPLE WANT AN UPDATE!!! ... why are they now so quiet? hmmm...
