Fantastic DD Tortman! If you got to there website you will see that they have a total of 11 locations! That is huge! If this is indeed the company we are merging with, which at this point is pretty much a buyout, the revenue increase that SHOM will see will be MASSIVE! For a company that is already profitable, and has zero long term debt, this could really send the pps FAR higher than even I was expecting. I will be holding till we get confrimation on this and what the exact details are!
With this low share strcture and no dilution, this deal could easily be valued at .10 or higher!
