Brian August is the CEO of Waterford Holdings Group that SHOM hired to find a merger candidate. While googling Brian August I found that he was COO of A2 Medical Group in Washington DC. I found Brian August's twitter account and in one of his twitters he said he was joining the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce, which he stated he was surprised at the high cost of membership. He joined the Chamber of Commerce under Allergy and Asthma Care centers as of 05/19/2011, the day before the PR. The first link shows that it is Brian August that is the main contact. The second link shows a website for Allergy and Asthma Care Centers. I'm thinking that A2 Medical Group may have something to do with Allergy and Asthma (the two A's) but I'm just guessing on that.
