"So Stocklein asked "Do you currently own land in FALC." Ed said "Yes." Stocklein said "and what is the value of that land." Ed was quiet, mumbled a bit, shrugged his shoulders and then he said almost in jest. "I hope it will be worth something one day." Then Stocklein said: "have you received an offer to purchase your land." Ed said "No."
