I hear the trout in New Zealand rivers are often very large but also usually clear water and wary.

June is fast approaching, enjoy your times traveling and on the water. You will surely be surrounded by some inspiring natural settings with those destinations.
Is wading wet in shallow rivers an option in New Zealand? Always enjoyed that around here as long as hypothermia and/or blue legs and feet were out of the equation. No idea what it would be like in New Zealand.
