If it isn't NITE, then it is ETRADE. If it isn't ETRADE it is Penson. If it isn't Penson, it is Warren Buffet (of all people) the Monks Den culties have been claiming has naked shorted this scam. They should just just lick their wounds and move on. They are starting to run out of lame excuses for the beating they have taken in this swindle.

If they have it right, there is no way they could ever win against such powerful interests. If they have it wrong (as is the case) they will lose as well. They should just realize they have lost here and learn something from it. People that do not understand the market should put their money in a savings account. They may not make much money in a savings account, but at least they won't get wiped out by fraudsters like Monk and the EIGH lying swindlers.

We have read reports about the short position in EIGH and we know for a fact that some of the brokers that seem to be short use Penson to clear for them.
