Acquisition of Carter Care Center, Inc.
Carter Care Center, Inc. ("Carter") entered into an agreement with
Bancorp. Carter's investor relations firm purchased Bancorp and
announced in a press release on May 2, 2005, the acquisition of Carter
through a reverse merger transaction after significant due diligence
contract was cancelled.
Carter has not transferred any of its assets or liabilities into
Bancorp and has not affiliated with Bancorp International Group, Inc,
a Nevada Corporation. Bancorp has released Carter from any obligations
regarding this matter.
