Looks like the primary shareholders of the company rather give loans to the company to fund operations vs dilution. That is great news for the shareholders.

Liquidity and Capital Resources
As of March 31, 2011 our cash increased, due mostly to the loans the Company received from its majority
shareholder and minor revenue.
