Bro Eric,

No way! That is not success, that is one man admitting failure. I guess that would be success to another who would want to prove that man wrong?

At any rate. . .I would never buy this stock with present conditions underway. Just speaking for myself, and nobody else. HRCT is a place I come back to because of dreams planted in my head from the past. NONE of them worked out.

I'll keep watching, however. I am betting on the side that this story is not over. Nor has it begun. It just will not happen.
