RWK...The board could expand 1 or 2 seats. Membership on this board should not prevent anyone from serving on the Wave board. Their posting about company Wave would be severly curtailed by their insider knowledge.

It has been suggested that someone from IBM, Intel, Dell, etc. should be selected to serve on the board. The board members are privy to a lot of company confidential matters. Would you want that carried back to those companies?
