You said CGSYQ was OUT OF BUSINESS.....yet linked a filing claiming REVS....

There were three parties involved in the BK...Global Capacity, Pivotal and the BK Court.

1) GC is bankrupt and out of business...it will never 'emerge' from anything...it is not being reorganized.

2) Pivotal's auction bid was awarded for all of GC's remaining 'assets'...it did not buy the old company.

3) The BK court has allowed the prior GC business to continue during BK until the wind down and transfer of assets is complete. All revenues, contracts regulatory permits, etc. 'technically' now belong to the purchaser of the assets...Pivotal

4) An empty public shell will remain after the asset transfer and wind down....CGSYQ
