I'm not sure what points you are trying to make.

I never posted CGSYQ was acquiring anything.

You said CGSYQ was OUT OF BUSINESS.....yet linked a filing claiming REVS......

I'm more than happy to exchange ideas......but you seem to drift all over the place in my opinion.

Pivotal is acquiring Global Capacity. GC operations continue as we post. GC will emerge DEBT FREE and privately held(by Pivotal). Pivotal will hold the senior position in the shell AFTER BK and can do with the shell as they wish. Pivotal wants GC to change it's name after CLOSING!

That's my take.......if yours differs, fine.
