Yes! It's my understanding Pivotal was an investor (debt holder) in CGSY for quite awhile before it/they decided to file for BK.

Also understand all other Pivotal investments have been liquidated leaving Promontory and GCSYQ as the only remaining holdings. Need more solid DD on that. It's only relevant IMO in trying to analyze the potential value of owning stock here and when?
