That was back when the pre-split share price was $4.17.

Those of you that are opposed to the independent director idea are making a pretty good case that this needs to be done.

I made some serious mistakes years ago trusting a man named Kobi Alexander. He was the CEO of Comverse Technology. I encourage you to Google the name and read the story.

What I'm telling you is that it's not too late for Wave to realize the dreams that you've all held for so long. But you've had an amazing patience with the existing B.o.D. structure and it hasn't changed anything.

Electing a qualified independent director would be a small step forward.
