I don't think that is correct - Washington Mutual Inc. - the Holding Co. - used some of their NOLs for a 5-year Carry Back Tax Return of about $ 5 B - while still in Bankruptcy and before Commons are cancelled.


Once Lehman receives the Carry-Back Tax Refund then I think they can cancel the Commons.
