NOL's are currently worthless !!! If equity can't keep 50% stake in the new company the NOL's are GONE! Equity has no chance? Now anyway.

Long way to go to get them back. Out of the question??? how would anyone know because I don't know anyone that has a clue ( they may just not want to say) what this mess is REALLY worth.

Has any asset been sold? All I have read is about how much they spend on keeping the Subs functioning and how much they all have INCREASED in value. Not to mention the profit these are making.

Funny how claims get settled for pennies on the $ and the liabilities continue to increase?? I would assume that a bar date has been set and that should have been months if not years ago? What kind of fuzzy math are they using??
