Now that is something to mention in your objection. This is something that I do not see in any of the POR's. Which could be a game changer as to who does get paid or receives shares in a new company. There are substantial NOL's, and I wondered the very same thing as to where they will end up?

All the above is my opinion, after all who would believe me anyway since I drive a 1975 Vega!
