Wave has IP in NSM's SafeKeeper TPM, now available in a Super I/O integrated version, for which Wave receives a royalty for each dervice sold. NSM has sold their Super I/O divison to an Asian manufacturer but the Wave royalty agreement is still in effect. The comments in the CC pertain to the possible advantages of the product being marketed out of Asia and into the channels of the new manufacturer.
