Yes, in total agreement with the GTC at 10-cents. But the problems with these MMs are that they are picking and choosing the orders to fill. In general, bottom fishing for VTSI shares is a hard thing to do. I even have to break up a 10000 shares order in 4 trades(2,500 a piece) to get only 5,000 shares filled.

VTSI shares are hard to get but here we go! You are doing real good(actually real well) as opposed to the real longs like (me)us that averaged about $0.50 - $0.65 per share cost. But I am happy with the company's progress and THAT IS IMPORTANT. We must not nickle and dime ourselves on a daily basis. The fact of matter is these DOD/DOE Security deals take more than 1 general to sign off. But once they sign under that dotted line, it is a DE-FACTO standard for other federal and local agencies to reference and to baseline upon. Now, THAT SPEAKS volume.

So I must salud to those who has some extra Xmas cash to average down their CPS(Cost per share). Nope, Bush or the HOMELAND DEAL IS NOT GOING AWAY! The only thing that is gping away is probably some name brand competitors. I tend to think VTSI might be looking at some offers tendered by the competitors down the road.
