Isobar the 7's were thin & not inline with the demand (earlier ask & eventual
bid) so if someone wanted volume that's where they had to go! I almost
did likewise today thinking that my $0.0007 order would not get filled at all! (& I had $0.0006's I dropped in order to get them)
Instead of chasing higher tomorrow or at some other point, the investor
took the sure price & volume he/she wanted. When you are trying to
acquire a large position sometimes you are forced to hit the ask to
ensure your order is executed.
I still have open orders for $0.0007's & I am NOT confident I will get
them. If the MM is supporting a run here (& only time will tell if that
is in fact the case-- although I am inclined to believe that they are)
then I too will have to move my order higher if I want to procure the
volume that I am comfortable controlling. I hope that I am not chasing
the stock but I am afraid that the window for getting volume down
here is rapidly diminishing. The longer investors wait, while a reversal
& uptrend takes hold, the more likely you'll have to buy at higher
prices to build your account. And so too will I as this stock builds
momentum towards higher, & a more appropriate valuation imhv.
I hope I am not being too simplistic in my attempt to answer your inquiry.
Bottom line is that the stock is trading in a manner consistent
with accumulation & an upward correction. Those that want volume have
to go where they can get it. 5Million shares represented ~20% of the
total shares traded today & to secure them the investor decided to
leap-frog bid-sitters in order to snatch them. If this stock goes to a
more respectable & appropriate market cap then the extra pip paid today
will have been worth the risk of missing out on the larger piece of the pie tomorrow.
Hope this helps, fwiw!
