The facts.. We took a serious beating
We have not been diluted like everybody thinks.. The OS has not gone up which would be dilution.. Instead the OS is being reduced by approx. 100 Million.
Were shares sold by the company "YES"
Did Dustin fund the mergers "YES"
Did the CEO Loan the company $150K with "0" interest and no set terms. "YES"
No toxic "DEBT"
Mini Moo and PR's seem to cost the most!!!
CANT - was a selling vessel "not sure"

We have an OS of less than 900K.
4 diversified companies
Projected Revenue of 2.5 Million.
New technology that if managed correctly could be worth millions.

In Jan 2011 AS was 154 Million.. With all the buying and my 12 Million that AS has got to be shrinking..

back in June 2010 Dustin told us that he has big plans for TITL and that he did not plan for anybody to buy TITL shares. His plans were to use the shares for private placement and Mergers. However the stock was pumped and it dropped from .15 to .01. Then the company that pumped it said good job for all those that bought TITL. Then all those people sold off and we dropped from .02 in Jan 2011 to .005. By the time this happened TITL stock was destroyed. Now Dustin has completed what he wanted to almost a year later, PPS blown to hell. Everybody scared to death to buy. Because every time we bought and we called "bottom" it dropped even lower. Regardless of the share price the companies goals were achieved, the price would have been higher, less shares used and the OS and AS would be lower. Blame the pumpers for this mess.. IMO take advantage, a chance like this may never come again!!

People say don't get emotional about a stock and to stick to facts. I just lost my a$$ on a stock I bought because I liked the idea (slojab - chime in)
TITL - I bought because I bought the CEO.. DON'T buy a stock buy the CEO.. best advise I've ever heard. The CEO will make or break a company.

Who wants to run a tally?
Somebody wanna call the TA and get the FLOAT?
