jed really mangled that last pr, so hopefully he just mis-wrote that vtsi "still plans to engage" the accounting firm. The auditing really has to get underway along with the controller being hired. The company giving assurances that these events are happening will hopefully help give large bumps to any earnings news, since anything associated with an actual audit will make any and all numbers more credible.
