Correct. The hold-up is in the infamous FDA DeNovo process, which apparently has never been categorized yet with FDA. Infamous because it appears to have side affects of a syndrom called, "dragon ass syndrome." I also wanted say for people to hold on the "ask" or even raise your "ask" now especially if selling more than 50k at a clip; because it seems that shares are harder to come by.
