Maybe. To turn bullish, I'd like to see few things, apart of the EPC (which recently started to look a little better), I'd like to see the BP cross its 14 DMA in few indices, better NH/NL figures and better volume. Till then, I'll agree with Bullwinkle, we have a range bound market, with a good probability that one of these days, it suddenly breaks the lower bound, rather then any dehiscence. If 2006/11 is taken out with gusto, that stance may have to change.
