MD~~I'm right with you on that one...From my point of view, Carrie was/is the only one that could take this company and restructure it and all the while have to deal with the SEC suit...Now that all that is history, she has a free hand to execute her plan..

The new acquisitions she talked about will generate much interest...When she is able to bring "Higher Profit Margin" companies in the fold, it will show not only her ability to perform, it will lend credibility to the companies assisting Hrct on the China end of things..Imo

The companies that have received shares, appear to be under a great deal of performance pressure..By the time these companies shares become free trading, Hrct will have not only acquired exceptional companies, but will show that they are able to assist rapid and substantial growth...A very attractive combination for the future...jmho

It all must begin with the first...I will be anxious to see this thing develop...Jmho
