Merritt, and a full crew of inolved executives are on the job today, and probably tomorrow, with direct connections to F&J in NY. And there's nothing better than having a flock of sharp minds behind a new leader, to bring out the best in everyone.

They'll be planning their strategy for a final run at Nokia, in one of the biggest battles in ICC history.

Think about it. Most arbitrations seem to be well below $50 million, so this is a biggee for all the players, including the boyz in Paris.

There is precious little time to prepare for this final shoot-out. But, with Merritt's 10 years experience with IDCC licensing and negotiations, we couldn't hope for a better man to lead the charge to the Finnish Line.
