Dooley, I am not Short with QASP.
I never bought back in since I sold at .032

I have my Trading Accounts to prove it.

Boatman is not Short and Joe is not Short.

If you take this Delusional Short Position out of QASP,
what do you have?

A little Stink Pink that no one wants that burned so many investors.

The Courts will tell any investor that may have lost money that "This is the Risk"
involved when one invests in a Non-Reporting Pink.

"High Risk" = "High Returns" when the Company is successful.

The Fact is, QASP is and was not successful.

The High Risk while investing in QASP, a Non-Reporting Pink Sheet Company, has turned out to be a Flop.

No Judge in their right mind will see to it investors get their money back on any terms.

Our investing is Our responsibility, even with something as sketchy as QASP.

I have stated that Dean did nothing wrong "legally", but most have twisted this statement.

I said Dean did nothing wrong Legally, but "Morally and Ethically", he should burn in Hell for what he did.

He always had the "Legal Loophole" called the Forward Looking Statement to back him up in case he failed.

He used this Legal Loophole to his Full Advantage and he Won, so far.

Do the QASP Shareholders like it?

Nope~

Was everything Dean did as far as Press Releases Legal?

Afraid so~

Was it Morally Proper?

NO!

Was it ethically Proper?

NO!

This is why and How so many Pink Sheet CEO's get away with so much in the Trading World.

At some point, the SEC must enforce some sort of Responsibilities, Liabilities and Moral Obligations upon these
Pink Sheet CEO's.

It's a terrible situation when investors Trust Everything a CEO has to say and PR,
only because they invested money in the Company and feel they have to Root and Cheer for the Company,
all to find out the CEO is being Paid to throw the Game...
