I have to agree with your point as much as the dilution concerns me. We had a tragic example here where Kmart investors lost everything upon bankruptcy. They reissued new shares which have made much money for the new investors.

If there is a safe investor for SKS to bring on board, it might be Intel who has an investment unit for such purposes. I hope something is done sooner than later.
